| 1. | Types of sites allowed;
Sites must contain at least 50% NASCAR related content and must not infringe on any trademarks or copyrights. Any sites we find violating this rule will be immediately removed. You must host your own site. Sties hosted with aol.com bravenet.com geocities.com homestead.com tripod.com or similar will not be accepted or removed at our discretion. Linking through a redirect and/or search engine like google.com yahoo.com or similar will also not be accepted. We reserve to remove any site, at any time, for any reason. If you need hosting for your site you can try our host at http://host.cdesystems.com Sites submitted with adult or hate group content will be banned immediately. |
| 2. | Banners;
Submitting a banner is optional. If may submit a banner, it must be no wider than 500 pixels. Please keep the file size of your banner below 32K. You must host your own banner and the banner must display correctly on our site. If there is a problem with your banner we will remove it. You may post another banner at any time if we have removed one but, please do not repost the banner we removed. If we have to continually remove your banner we will black flag your account until a banner is approved by us first. If you need a good banner feel free to use the Banner Creator program accessible through our Webmaster Resources. If you need hosting for your banner you can try our host at http://host.cdesystems.com Only the top 43 website drivers will have their banners shown and be placed on page 1. Sites 44 on up will be shown with text only and will show on page 2. |
| 3. | Your button code must be visible on the page
from where it was called. Your button may be placed on every page on your
site under www.YourDomainName.com. If we
check your site from the page we show it was called from in our statistics
and we can not find it, we will remove your site from our system. It may not be placed on any other server. To report a violation use our Contact Form |
| 4. | If you are caught cheating you will loose all your hits for the week and will be notified of the infraction. Repeated violations may result in your site and/or IP address being banned. |
| 5. | We reserve the right to remove any site, at any time, for any reason. |
